Tutoring sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between Merit Point Prep and the family. We ask that families provide as much advance notice as possible if a session needs to be rescheduled or canceled. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future scheduling availability. Fees for tutoring services are as agreed between Merit Point Prep and the family at the time of enrollment. Payment terms, methods, and any refund considerations will be communicated directly and may vary depending on the specific program or package purchased. Nothing in these Terms should be read as guaranteeing a specific refund or payment arrangement; please refer to the terms provided to you at enrollment for details specific to your services.
All content on our website and in our instructional materials, including text, graphics, logos, curriculum materials, and other content, is the property of Merit Point Prep or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use in connection with tutoring services you have purchased.
